Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)

In order to provide you with information about how Hallen Environmental is Organized, our Experience and Qualifications we have provided below an expandable Organization chart for our Operations and a Statement of Qualifications ( hereinafter referred to as SOQ) with files presented in a PDF Format. The SOQ files contain details of our Company Profile that includes an Introduction to Hallen Environmental, our ability to respond in the areas we primarily work, our management support system, insurance and bonding capabilities, client and preferred vendor/supplier references and in-house resources available for project deployment. The documents also detail the Scope of Services we can supply that includes site remediation, hazardous waste management, emergency and rapid response, health and safety and a small, selected number of project abstracts for remediations that have been accomplished. The last section of the document, Qualifications, provides information on our project management experience and the resumes of the key personnel also found on this web site as well as many others to the level of Site Superintendent.

The SOQ provided is a living document that is periodically modified or upgraded to reflect the addition of new management and supervisory staff or other key personnel, additions to our longer term clients with whom we hold a preferred contractor status, references and projects as deemed appropriate. Please take the time to review the SOQ and Organizational Chart to confirm to yourself that Hallen Environmental is qualified and experienced to the levels you require to accomplish your project goals.
