Conflict of Interest (COI) Documents
We at Hallen Environmental recognize the need to identify
and avoid any real, potential, or perceived organizational or
personal conflict of interest that could have an impact on the
integrity of work performed for our clients. We monitor our
business activities to prevent and/or avoid organizational or
personal conflicts of interest in accordance with this plan.
We believe it is essential for our growth and continued well
being as a company to complete work in an ethical manner and
to that end will 'No Bid' projects where we see any potential
for a conflict of interest to exist.
We have established and follow this
Conflict of Interest Plan (hereinafter referred to as COI)
to define procedures for the identification; avoidance; neutralization;
or mitigation of COI; staff training; and enforcement of our
policies and procedures. The plan describes interactive databases
and associated search procedures designed to detect and identify
possible COI situations and thereby to ensure that its contracts
with U.S., State or Local Government agencies or Commercial /
Private Clients as required, either as a prime contractor or
subcontractor, are in compliance with contract requirements.
The COI Plan presented below in a viewable, downloadable
PDF format is a living document that is modified and upgraded
periodically primarily based on changing regulations and
from our desire to complete work in an ethical and honorable
manner

Quality Management Plan (QMP) Documents
At Hallen Environmental we are dedicated to doing the job
right the first time. This goes beyond our desire to complete
a scope of work in accordance with the clients specifications,
plans, intent, mission or goals but also in accordance with
our philosophy to obtain the maximum level of customer satisfaction
for the services we provide. We believe this philosophy ultimately
maintains a healthy financial picture for us now and in the
future through the avoidance of reworking a task or correcting
a deficiency that may be costly to us.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
(QA/QC) in the work
and through the services we provide to our clients is
an integrated part of our company culture. The Quality Management
Plan (hereinafter referred to as QMP) was established and is
followed as guideline to the commitment to Quality that we
at Hallen Environmental follow as a part of our daily way of
doing business.
The QMP presented below is a living document that is periodically
modified or upgraded as needed and provides the foundation
for the preparation and execution of Quality Assurance Project
Plans (QAPP's) when required by our Clients as a part of the
execution of a project.
