As Managing Member of Hallen Environmental Services, LLC, Mr. Poole is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, financial, operational, quality of services, safety, ethical conduct, Client satisfaction, initiation and maintenance of company policies and procedures, environmental and regulatory compliance and philosophical decisions impacting the company. Mr. Poole directly manages four of the seven departments within Hallen Environmental. Department heads subordinate to Mr. Poole manage the other three. This ensures a critical independence is maintained between Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance from Operational goals to minimize the potential for conflicts. Mr. Poole is also responsible for the continued growth and expansion of Hallen Environmental Services.
Experience
Mr. Poole has over twenty years of practical and management experience in the construction industry. This includes new construction, rehabilitation, and environmentally sensitive projects. Mr. Poole also has overall planning, estimating, and oversight responsibilities. Mr. Poole has been in charge of over 200 personnel, an equipment inventory of $10 Million, and contracts worth over $40 Million annually.
