As a member of Hallen’s management team, Mr. Bozzello’s current responsibilities include Contracts Manager, Fleet Manager and Purchasing Director / Materials Manager. Mr. Bozzello is also responsible for the maintenance, modification and database searches as required by contract to maintain compliance with the company Conflict of Interest Plan. This critical function ensures that Hallen Environmental is not brought into a conflict situation in any bidding or project execution that could impact our ability to work for our Clients. Additionally, Mr. Bozzello is responsible as department head for the management of the procurement staff and maintenance of the excellent vendor supplier network the company has in place.

Experience

Mr. Bozzello brings more that 35 years of combined field, administrative and management experience to the Hallen Environmental Services Team.

Mr. Bozzello has negotiated contracts with Owners, Construction Managers and Prime Contractors on projects such as the Bronx Metering and Regulating Station for Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois); the Hunts Point Pipeline for Iroquois; the Northport Pipeline for Iroquois; the Eastchester Extension for Iroquois and the Neptune Project for Prysmian Power Cables & Systems USA, LLC. Mr. Bozzello has also negotiated agreements with any number of specialty contractors whose services were required as subcontractors for the above projects.

Mr. Bozzello began his career in the construction industry in 1971 and performed a variety of duties including that of Dispatcher, Field Supervisor, Plant Manager and Office Manager until 1985, when he joined The Hallen Construction Co, Inc.

United States Marine Corps 1966 – 1970
Lead NCO assigned to a Flight Equipment / Safety and Survival department for a Headquarters and Maintenance Squadron. Instituted a materials management system of ordering parts and supplies based on establishing allowable high and low limits of inventory. Mr. Bozzello was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant.

• B.S. in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology as a Management Major – 1981

• OSHA Competent Person Training for Soil Classification, Excavation / Trenching and Sheeting / Shoring
