Mr. Ambrosio’s responsibilities as Manager of Estimating and Engineering with Hallen Environmental Services, LLC, involve the supervision of the estimating, engineering and proposal department that includes all cost estimating, preparing project proposals and bids, developing standard rates for labor and equipment and assisting in the development of new markets. Mr. Ambrosio also provides his expertise in project scheduling, project cost analysis and gives technical support for all ongoing projects. As appropriate Mr. Ambrosio also performs in the role of project manager on major projects/programs.

Experience

With 27 years experience in construction, maintenance, environmental remediation, management, supervision and costs estimating to his credit, Mr. Ambrosio began his career at Hallen as a supervisor of utility crews within the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. These projects included performing installation, maintenance and repair of gas mains and services, electric facilities and telecommunications lines.

While at Hallen Construction Mr. Ambrosio has worked on many major contracts for such companies as KeySpan Energy Corp, Con Edison, Iroquois Gas Transmission System LP, Buckeye Pipe Line Co., LLP, NNT – Level 3 and currently with Prysmian Power Cables & Systems USA, LLC.

Selected Projects

The following is a brief overview of the projects completed for the aforementioned companies:

• Iroquois Gas Transmission System LP, projects included the Bronx Metering & Regulating Station, Hunts Point, NY;
• Additionally completing the Hunts Point pipe line which consisted of installing approximately 3,600 linear feet of 24-inch diameter pipeline;
• For KeySpan Energy Corp. a synopsis of projects Mr. Ambrosio has worked on and completed are the Watermill Phase 1, for the installation of 21,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter transmission main completed in June of 1998;
• The Great River to Hauppague project that included installation of 27,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter transmission main completed in June 1999;
  
• At Riverhead, NY, where 13,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter steel transmission main was installed with a project completion in June 2001;
• The project from Yaphank to Manorville that included the installation of 18,000 linear feet of 26-inch HP steel transmission main;
