As Hallen Environmental Services grows and matures as a significant regional environmental services provider, the company continually focuses upon the need to respond quickly and professionally at each step of every company undertaking.  Clients have repeatedly confirmed that the extent to which we are able to quickly and effectively respond to their specific needs is a key to the perception of our performance.

In the context of the Scope of Services we offer, we have historically maintained the personnel, the equipment, and the internal systems and support to complete the work we solicit.  With two offices in New York, Hallen Environmental has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to mobilize and operate at locations throughout the Tri-State area and beyond.

We routinely execute projects in New York and New Jersey and beyond, whether under the provisions of government, local agency or utility company contracts or for our private sector Clients.  We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to deliver our services in any location and in a timely and cost effective manner.

With almost 100 management, supervisory and labor of various craft skills, 40-Hour Hazwoper Hallen trained and experienced, two strategic deployment locations, numerous excellent long-standing union local agreements in-place to obtain supplemental high quality personnel as required, and our experienced union payroll support functions, Hallen Environmental has great flexibility in its ability to mobilize quality personnel quickly to any Client project.

Unlike many comparably sized companies, Hallen Environmental through Hallen Construction has within its available inventory a significant quantity of equipment that can be deployed to project sites.  Additionally, through Hallen’s more than 79 years of established history, long standing accounts in good standing with local heavy equipment suppliers such as Ehrbar, Malvese, JESCO and Ingersoll-Rand allow for our equipment to be supplemented in the event that a rapid response episode calls us to execute work anywhere within our operating sphere to meet a customer requirement.

Because of our experience, we are frequently able to offer specific familiarity with the requirements of the regulatory agencies in states where work is performed.  Accordingly, we are able to identify, contact and negotiate with the appropriate regulatory personnel who exercise geographic jurisdiction and who are responsible for relevant environmental program areas and, more specifically, are associated with local permitting for street opening and closures, etc.
